We're Rob and Cindy Grigsby, owners of Lanta Futures and we're proud to call Indianapolis our home.

After spending several years living over seas and traveling the world, we found our true passion rehabbing houses in our home city.

It's a joy to take an old home and transform it into a brand new creation. 

Our attention to detail and goal of excellence, are  what sets us apart from our competition.  When we renovate a house, we do it as if we will live in it ourselves.
