We completely changed the floorpan from an outdated boxy space to one that just makes sense. The kitchen and laundry area were moved from the small back room to the center of the home which then allowed us to add an office where the kitchen originally had been. We also added a half bath and mudroom downstairs. Best of all, we added a 2 car garage in adjacent to the original one car garage for 3 car spaces, and artificial grass which is perfect for anyone who wants no yard maintenance.
